Discover the secret of the blend in seconds

Think of a blend… get it in seconds · Type the idea, get the formula · Formulate fillings designed to last for months · Make any recipe halal in one click — documented substitutes for alcohol-based ingredients, with water activity recalculated automatically. · Turn any recipe halal without losing its taste or shelf life.

A specialist tool for chocolate and confectionery makers: it generates recipes using scientific rules specific to each category, and calculates water activity, shelf life and cost — with no invented numbers.

Three principles the app never compromises on

No number without a source

Every scientific number comes from a documented source, is entered by the user from a real measurement, or is explicitly labelled as an estimate.

Unverified until tested

Every recipe is marked “not yet verified” until it has been tried in the kitchen and its water activity and pH measured with an instrument.

Halal is a requirement

Any alcoholic ingredient is replaced with its original source, and water activity is recalculated because alcohol affects it.

Features

Everything a confectioner needs, in one place

From generating a recipe to costing it and evaluating its taste.

AI recipe generation

Describe the product idea and pick a category; the app builds the recipe with rules specific to it: ingredients and ratios, process steps, shelf-life targets, and risks with their solutions.

An organised recipe library

Browse recipes by family and category, print a ready recipe sheet, or produce a technical data sheet (TDS).

Scientific calculators

A water-activity estimator (Norrish equation), shelf-life extrapolation (Arrhenius), a snap-hardness index, and a checker that tests whether a recipe makes scientific sense.

Substitution guides

A halal substitution guide with documented sources, a sugar-substitution guide for diabetics, and a reference for the 14 allergens under EU Regulation 1169/2011.

Costing & finance

Mould and composite-product costing, a daily production order, supplier price comparison, financial reports and a 12-month cash-flow plan.

Tasting & quality

Triangle tests, a flavour wheel, a tasting-session log and a combined diagnostic report.

How it works

Four steps from idea to recipe

Screenshots are from the app itself.

  1. 1

    Choose the product type

Pick the family, then the category — ganache, caramel, praliné, cookies, kahk… Each category has its own rules and fields.

  2. 2

    Describe your idea

Enter the product idea, the batch weight and the details the category asks for — or start from a ready template.

  3. 3

    Generate the recipe

The app builds the full recipe in Arabic: ingredients and ratios, process steps, shelf-life targets, and risks with their solutions. The recipe is marked “not yet verified” until you test it.

Live generation is locked in the beta and is demonstrated over screen share. The screenshot shows a recipe from the library.

    Review and calculate

Estimate water activity and shelf life, calculate cost, log tasting sessions, and print the recipe or its technical data sheet.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how the app works and its current limits.

Are the recipes lab-tested?

Not yet. Every library recipe and every generated recipe is marked “not yet verified” until it has been tested in the kitchen and its water activity and pH measured with a real instrument; estimated figures are labelled as such. Don't rely on them for production before testing and measuring.

Where do the scientific numbers come from?

From documented sources such as the FDA, Callebaut and EU Regulation 1169/2011, from measurements the user enters, or they are explicitly labelled as estimates. No number is written unless one of these three applies.

Are the recipes halal?

Halal is a core requirement. Any alcoholic ingredient is replaced with its original source and water activity is recalculated, because alcohol and sugar lower it through different mechanisms. The app also includes a halal substitution guide with documented sources.

Where is my data stored?

At this stage your recipes and data are stored locally in your browser on your device and are not sent to a server. For live generation, only the recipe inputs are sent to the generation service.

Is the app available in English?

The interface is Arabic, with a partial English translation that also works in the beta via the EN button inside the app. A full translation is on the development plan.

What doesn't work in the beta?

Live generation is locked and is demonstrated over screen share, the library contains a selected sample of recipes, and data export and viewing the scientific prompt are not available.

When will prices be announced?

Plans and prices are being prepared and will be announced with the trial launch.
